My new favorite show is now TLC's "What Not to Wear." I've had friends tell me how great it is so I finally checked it out and I gotta say that I just LOVE it! I just know that Clinton and Stacy and I should be best friends! We would all have lunch, get facials, and of course go shopping together! Love Love Love It!

A Kid at Heart

Tom and Jerry Cartoons have now become a new "favorite" in the Rosenlund collection of TiVoed cartoons. Darren loves them and because "Daddy" loves them, then Abe loves them too, and because "Big Brother" loves them, then Belle loves them too.
I don't know who loves watching them more Darren or the kids? On Friday morning I actually had to say the words: "Stop watching Tom and Jerry cartoons, and go to work!" Then when Darren came home from work for lunch I had to say the same thing again.
Gotta love Tom and Jerry!!!

Pope Joan

I loved this book. I recommend it to all. It was good historical fiction, and so fun to read. Whether Pope Joan is real or not, the story is still fantastic.
And who knows... maybe she was a real person.

Mamma Mia!
Super Bowl What?... Last night I watched Mamma Mia for the first time and loved it! In fact I loved it so much I watched it again today! The music, dancing...just the style of the whole thing was great. It made me wish I was dancing on a warm, sunny beach in Greece, but I guess I have to settle for dancing around my living room with my kids.

Today in American History
I found this great site that tells about something interesting that happened in American History for every day. I thought it was great and added it to this blog but when I showed it to Darren he told me that I sounded like Ross Geller, the musuem nerd from "Friends." (Yes we still watch reruns of Friends, we just can't give it up!) Anyway, maybe I am a nerd but I think we could all stand to learn a little more U.S. history!

My friend took these photos and I love'em. We couldn't get Bella to cooperate so we gave her a sucker to see if she'd calm down. After a few minutes we realized we should have given her a pink sucker instead of green!
